Big ideas come in small packages.

One Christmas evening, a cherished ornament of mine fell off our tree and shattered. It had special meaning to our family and was irreplaceable, and we were heartbroken. I remember thinking, “These flimsy hooks just don’t work, there has to be a better way to keep ornaments safe.” And that's when Ornament Anchor was born.

After countless designs and revisions, we finally landed on the perfect version, one we felt confident sharing with the world. We’re proud to bring Ornament Anchor to life and excited to help other families protect their most treasured holiday memories.

Entrepreneurship Runs in Our Blood

Born into a long line of entrepreneurs, we've always loved watching ideas come to life and coming up with new ones along the way.

From our great-grandfather launching his first business in 1917 to growing up surrounded by the hustle of our parents’ ventures, innovation has always been part of who we are. We started our own company in middle school, fueled by that same passion, and built it into a seven-figure brand. Business isn’t just what we do, it’s who we are.

Big plans - 2x Shark Tank

We’ve had the amazing opportunity to appear on ABC’s Shark Tank not once, but twice (in 2019 and again in 2021). Stepping into the Tank with our family was an unforgettable experience that truly inspired us to chase our dreams and bring Ornament Anchor to life. We're so proud of how far we've come and excited to see what new adventures lie ahead for Ornament Anchor!

Press Overview

Ayaan is currently a 17-year-old entrepreneur born and raised in Shelton, Connecticut. He and his family are one of only four businesses to appear on ABC’s Shark Tank twice! The idea for Ornament Anchor began when Ayaan was just 10 years old, creating his invention for his school’s Invention Convention. Coming from an entrepreneurial family, he knew he had something special when his booth was crowded with adults asking where they could buy his product. Ayaan went on to win first place in his classroom competition. Today, with the support of his older brother Mika'il, he’s working hard to turn that early idea into a product loved by families around the world.
